Dr. William (Bill) Collins

Dr. Collins teaches classes and in-company programmes in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.  Before joining RSM Erasmus  University, Dr. Collins taught at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain where he was also the director of the Human Resource Center.  His research interests include investigating the importance of individual differences, preferences and skills of employees within work groups, organizations, jobs and careers. Previously,  he was a consultant at Towers Perrin, one of the world's largest global management consulting firms, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Dr. Collins earned his Ph.D. and his M.S. (Industrial and Organizational Psychology)  from Georgia Institute of Technology and his  B.S. (Psychology) from Texas A&M University.
