Dr. Olivia Villalba

Dr. Villalba is an associate professor at EGADE, teaching courses such as Management Human Processes, Empirical Research Methods in Finance and Organizational Theory. She also has an active research and consulting agenda in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Her research interests include leadership, organizational change, executive competences, cultural and human matters in M&A. She recently received two international awards for the quality of her research work: the Thunderbird Award (BALAS Congress, San Diego, 2001) and the Iberoamerican Academy of Management award (2001). Dr. Villalba has a PhD in Philosophy and a Master in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University, a Master in Organizational Development from University of Monterrey (UDEM) and an MBA from ITESM.
