Admission Requirements
Professional Requirements
- Work Experience: You must have at least seven years of professional work experience. Your current or expected global management responsibilities will be considered during the admissions process.
- Exceptional Candidates: We occasionally consider exceptional candidates with less experience who are nominated by their companies.
- Advanced Degrees: We value advanced degrees, but they may not be substituted for professional work experience.
After your documents are reviewed, you will be invited to attend an interview with the OneMBA Director.
Education and Knowledge Requirements
- Degree: You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Transcripts: We require transcripts of past academic work.
- GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Test): It is mandatory. We occasionally consider the possibility of releasing an applicant from the exam requirement.

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language): It is mandatory. Applicants may request a waiver of this exam. This possibility will be analyzed during the personal interview, conducted in English.

Letters of Recommendation: We require two letters of recommendation. We strongly recommend one of the letters to be from your superior.
- Other Knowledge: You must have basic knowledge of accounting, statistics, finance and economics. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
