• Professional achievements and goals:  6 years post-graduate work experience and a set of professional targets are required.
• Academic excellence: A University degree or a qualification from an alternative institute of Higher Education is required. The GMAT is optional, but recommended if your academic record does not demonstrate strong quantitative skills.
• Secure employment: By having a secure job, you will be able to share your work experiences and make a valuable contribution to class discussions.
• English proficiency: A strong knowledge of English is required.
• Personal qualities: OneMBA participants must have flexibility and a good sense of humor. These qualities will help in any and all situations in such a diverse community.
