Personal motivation and support from your organization are critical to your success.

Employer perspective: Employer support is vital because OneMBA participants are away from work while attending classes and residencies. Full or partial financial support is recommended, but not required. Organizations usually consider these employees for OneMBA:

High-performing mid- to upper-level managers
Employees with strong potential to advance into senior management
Employees with a clearly defined career path with increasing responsibilities that utilize OneMBA skills and knowledge

Employee perspective: Employees considering OneMBA must be highly motivated to increase their value to their organization. Preparing a formal request for sponsorship will increase the chance of gaining corporate support.
